Back order-US border issue

US custom is becoming more strict on daily basis that our products are currently being held by US custom for nearly 3 weeks.

Customer's question-Plantaeris for canine diarrhea

"I've been using Plantaeris for my dogs (I have 7 dogs.) for about a month now. The product seemed to work in the beginning, but not anymore. What's the reason for this? Also, one of my dogs is pregnant and she has been on Plantaeris as well. Would this cause a trouble to her?"

Plantaeris is NOT recommended to be used on pregnant dogs. Even if it's all natural. Chamomile tea is not even recommended to pregnant women. Some of the naturals could be harmful to pregnancy and this is the exact reason of our supplements not to be used on pregnant dogs as well. As for the poor result from our products, there might be a possibility that food that you've been feeding is a problem. There are many reasons that cause diarrhea and one of them is the food. Diarrhea comes with other allergic reaction such as scratching. I would recommend you to increase the dosage to double for 10 days. Instead of feeding 1 drop every 2 lbs, it will be 1 drop every 1 lbs up to 50 lbs. There after add one drop per additional 2 lbs. Let us know how they are doing.

Customer's tesnimonial-Hearty Heart and Tripsy (Cat)

We just happened to receive such a wonderful testimonial about our Hearty Heart and Tripsy for feline heart failure and kidney failure. We had a chance to speak to the customer after receiving this exciting e-mail and we would like to show how appreciative we are to those who take their time to keep us updated with such wonderful results!! We would like to share this successful story of her soon-to-be 20-year-old cat, Buster.

"Dear Pet-people,
Last November my back then 19 year old black kitty had been diagnosed with midstage kidney failure. He was prescribed by a wonderful traditional vet three to four times administration of renal fluid therapy and a custom tailored kidney diet. Unbelievably he turned out to be a complete trooper about having a needle stuck into him several times a week (In fact while I shook like a leaf before putting the needle for the IV into him he seemed rather blaze and bored about the whole thing.) and although less then happy about his change in diet, he slowly but surely adapted to that as well.

In my frantic state of mind I went online and found the website for the "Petwellbeing-products" and called. The Customer Service was absolutely wonderful and amazingly supportive. She recommended to give him your product "Tripsy" which I had shipped overnight.

He improved very quickly and I was not sure which of the treatments I should be grateful to contribute to his new spunk and nearly kitten-like behavior. Then last March I kept getting woken up by him wheezing and coughing several times. A couple of days later I took him to a different Vet (I had moved from NJ back to NY) who diagnosed him with congestive heart failure and fluid in his lungs. To make matters worse she detected an enlargement of his spleen and thought there was a possibility for cancer.

During the few hours I had to wait for the results of his ultrasound I nearly lost my mind with worry and called the number for the petwellbeing-products yet again. Once again Katherine answered and recommended I give him "Hearty Heart" cautioned me how ever that it could not be combined with the meds the doc recommended. I ordered it to be delivered overnight.

Customer's question-ES Clear for Cat Cancer

" I just received my ES-Clear today, reviewed the ingredients and have questions to gain better understanding. According to Petwellbeing's website product page, it states ES-Clear contains vitamins such as A, B complex, C, K, and high amounts of calcium, Magnesium and sodium. However, these are not listed in the ingredient's bottle. Why? or Where is it? Is 6% alcohol safe for my cat? What is the benefit of Alcohol in ES-Clear? "

Customer's question

"My primary questions concern administration of these herbal tinctures. We would like to be gone for two days, and Princess needs her meds twice daily. Typically, we mix the drops into her canned food and she eats it fine. Will there be any decrease in effectiveness if we mix it in ahead of time and keep it refrigerated? This would allow us to leave containers of premeasured and medicated food for the cat sitter.Secondly, what negative effects would there be if for a few days she had all of one day's dose in one feeding, rather than divided between morning and night?Thank you for your help."

Thank you for the inquiry. Our products could be mixed into canned food however, I would not recommend you to leave the premeasured and medicated food no more than 2 days even if it would be refrigerated. The best way is to advice your cat sitter the dosage and instruction of the product so that it doesn't have to be mixed into the food ahead. Also it is absolutely required to divide the dosage into two feeding. It works exactly the same way as humans that doctors advise to take medication 3 times or 2 times a day than taking all at once. That way, the body system absorb the product quicker and it is less trouble for you to feed your pet if your dosage is large.
