Easy Eye for Cat Conjunctivitis

Many cats have chronic problems with conjunctivitis (inflammation of the eye membranes). Often, the problem comes and goes. The eyes may be red, swollen, watery, crusty, or goopy. Causes include infection, congenital defects (small or absent tear ducts), facial conformation (Persian features), and scarring from previous infections. However, the most common cause of conjunctivitis in cats is infection with a Herpes virus. In cats, Herpes is an upper respiratory virus; it's also called "rhinotracheitis" and is one of the components of the combination upper respiratory panleukopenia (feline distemper) vaccine that most kittens receive. The vaccine does not actually prevent Herpes infection; its main function is to reduce the severity of the disease.

Our Easy Eye for Cat Conjunctivitis has satisfied many pet owners by soothes the problem with herbs which have antibiotic and anti-inflammatory activities which attack the infection and ease the discomfort caused by cat pink eye.

"My three-year-old Persian cat, Noma has had watery eyes with brown discharges since he was born. He barely remained his eyes open and I just thought he was just a cat that loved to sleep. His eyes became worse as I had to wipe his eyes and surrounding area about 20 times a day. When I took him to the vet I was told that his eye lashes were poking his eyes that it required immediate surgery which would cost $2000 per eye. There was no guarantee if it would cure him. My daily research started after that and I learned he had been suffering from conjunctivitis. Then I found out about Easy Eye for Cat Conjunctivitis. My cat is a quite challenging cat for grooming and feeding a medication. However, this product is a liquid form that comes with a dropper which was so easy to feed. I've been using the product for 3 weeks and I see the huge changed in his eyes. His eyes seem to be more wide open and not as watery as much. I hadn't been realized until today how beautiful, brown and big his eyes were. "

ES Clear testimonial

Our ES Clear for Cat Cancer has been well-proven by many pet owners for slowing the cat tumor growth and purify the blood. The cancer treatment usually follows up with Radiation therapy, but it carries many side effects such as hair loss and vomiting. It is also very painful for pet owners to see it happening to their pets.

Cancer is a painful disease to fight against, but there is a solution to provide your cat an easier life.

Please check our ES Clear product testimonial which we received today and contact us for any further information.

Feline Fatty Liver Disease

"My cat was recently diagnosed with Fatty Liver Disease. Would your product Milk Thistle help to cure the disease?"

Fatty liver disease (also known as Hepatic lipidosis) is the accumulation of fat within the liver, and most cats that develop this disease are somewhat obese at the onset of the disease.

The average age for this disease to occur is 8 years and the symptoms are: anorexia; weight loss; vomiting; loss of muscle; and depression.

Cats with Fatty Liver disease need to be monitored by you and your vet for weight gain or loss, and for hydration status. Blood work should be done every 1-2 weeks. The diet therapy is the most important treatment of this disease and high protein, high calorie diet are highly remanded to meet the cat's energy needs.

Milk Thistle is designed to help proper function in the liver of your pet. Milk Thistle contain Flavanolignans Silybin, Silychristin, Silidianin which help to regenerate the ability of the liver and the formation of new, healthy cells.

Milk Thistle may provide more comfortable life to your pet, but to cure the disease, you need to be professionally guided by your vet.

Prevention: Try to prevent obesity and stress in your cat. They are much more sensitive than we know.

Hearty Heart with other Conventional Drug? - Customer question

"I am planning to order Hearty Heart for my elderly minpin. He is on enlapril heart medication and furosimide (lasix) and Hydrocodone (steroid for coughing). Do I need to stop all these medications when giving the Hearty Heart or just the enlapril?"

It's not recommended to take Hearty Heart with ANY conventional heart medication. I would caution you against it. If you do decide to choose the natural products, you will need to coordinate the other medication with your vet.

I am sorry we couldn't help you further.

Alternative Treatment Options for the Pet Food Recall

We wanted to take some extra time to address the issues of the pet food recall. Before information started hitting the media we at Pet Wellbeing started to receive customer questions regarding our natural cat and dog products that help in cases of kidney failure and liver failure.
After information regarding the tainted food started to come to light we understood why. Pet who have consumed the tainted food are showing signs of kidney failure and liver problems.

We would like to tell you a bit about the support products we offer and share some customer feed back with you.

First I would like to start by saying that you should be working with your vet no matter what treatment method you chose. Your vet will know up to date information on the recalled product and be able to talk you through your pet's condition. Even if they do not support your decision to use a natural product they will be able to monitor your pets progress and provide additional dietary recommendations.

Our first product called Tripsy is for dogs with any kidney issues. The herbal formulation works to help support the kidneys in times were they are in crisis. Tripsy is not a cure for kidney failure. Unfortunately once kidney damage is done it is not reversible. The kidneys are not able to regenerate. What Tripsy does is to help the kidneys to do the job they are new labouring to do.
Tripsy contains:
  • Stone Root: Diuretic, anti-inflammatory, acts as tonic for the capillaries, prevents kidney calculi formation in dogs.

  • Breakstone Parsley: Diuretic, soothes irritated or inflamed tissues.

  • Wild Hydrangea: Urinary antiseptic, soothes irritated tissues and reduces formation of urinary calculi in dogs.

  • Gravel Root: A restorative and cleansing herb that acts especially on a dog’s genitourinary organs.

  • Marshmallow: Anti-inflammatory; controls bacterial infection; soothes and softens irritated tissues.

  • Oregon grape: Contains alkaloids (berberine, berbamine, and hydrastine), resins and tannins; has demonstrated antibiotic and immunostimulatory activities.

  • Purple Coneflower: Inhibits bacterial formation of hyaluronidase, induces production of interferon; alterative, immunostimulant, promotes lymphocyte activities and stimulates phagocytosis.
These herbs help to balance urinary output fight infections in essence helping the kidneys do their normal job. Tripsy can be used in conjunction with fluid therapy. If your pet is taking additional pharmaceuticals check with your vet before starting an additional product.

Another product we offer for dogs is Milk Thistle. Milk Thistle works to support the liver. Milk Thistle is a unique herb that carry help to regenerate liver tissue as well as detoxifying the liver. Milk thistle is recommended for pets with liver problems as well as pets that are taking heavy pharmaceuticals and need to support the liver functions. Milk Thistle is a great companion product and can be used with most other products. NHV Milk Thistle contains only the milk thistle herb that has been distilled in a glycerin base. This product is alcohol free and is very easy to administer its liquid form.

We have been receiving customer messages for weeks now.

"My cat, Kate, has been having problems since last July with vomiting, lethargy, peeing outside the box, and not eating. The vet and I thought it might be a UTI and we treated her with antibiotics. She's a little better, but is still very thin and is refusing most wet cat food. I think that she knows the food is bad and wish I'd been more perceptive earlier on. No doubt that the pet food companies are poisoning rats and the poisoned rats are falling into the food vats somehow. She really only wants baby food, so she gets some Gerber's chicken and I'm taking all the wet cat food back to the store. I just ordered a bottle of Tripsy and am hoping that this will be just the ticket. I just can't afford the high prices the vets want to treat her - they want thousands! I'll be sure to contact this site after treatment to let everyone know how she's doing! Thanks and wish me luck!"

The feed back on both products has been great. Pets are see their symptoms visibly reduce in the first 2 weeks of starting the products. There are some pets who will not be able to bounce back from their illness, but the feed back is still positive.

"My cat, Juno has been taking Tripsy now for three weeks. I feel that she will not be with us for much longer, but I just wanted to say that she has been more like her old self recently. I thank you for giving her and us some extra quality time."

We wanted to highlight these products so that people know that there are alternatives out there that work. In a time where pharmaceuticals are the first thing that is offered it is nice to know you have other options.

I hope this extra information has been helpful to people who are making health care decisions for their pets.

Kidney Problems Related to Food Recalls

"I HAVE A DOG THAT HAS GOT SOME OF THE BAD DOG FOOD AND IS HAVING KIDNEY PROBLEMS. SHE IS A WESTIE AND 13 YEARS OLD. I ORDERED YOUR TRIPSY AND WAS WONDERING IF IT IS ALRIGHT TO GIVE IT TO HER WITH ALL THE MEDICINES THEY HAVE HER ON. CIMETIDINE 200MG, SUCRALFATE 1GM, VIT K-1 2MG (I TIME A DAY), ENAPRIL 5MG, DERMA CAPS, EPAKITIN, RESOURCE K9,BL & ENERGY, AZODYL CAP AND ON HILLS K/D OF COURSE WHICH SHE DOESN'T LIKE.

I ALSO ORDERED THE MILK THISTLE FOR MY OTHER DOG WHICH HAD SOME LIVER DAMAGE. DIDN'T KNOW IF I SHOULD GIVE HER THAT OR NOT.

WOULD APPRECIATE ANY INFORMATION YOU COULD GIVE ME ON WHAT I CAN DO FOR HER. IF YOU HAVE A GOOD VITAMIN IN LIQUID FOR THEM ALSO.

THANK YOU."

Hello,

Because your dog is taking so many different pharmaceuticals you will need your vet to make sure that the Tripsy can be taken at the same time. There are no counter indications listed for the product, but because of how many different products she is taking you will want to check with your vet. I have listed the ingredients below.

  • Stone Root: Diuretic, anti-inflammatory, acts as tonic for the capillaries, prevents kidney calculi formation in dogs.
  • Breakstone Parsley: Diuretic, soothes irritated or inflamed tissues.
  • Wild Hydrangea: Urinary antiseptic, soothes irritated tissues and reduces formation of urinary calculi in dogs.
  • Gravel Root: A restorative and cleansing herb that acts especially on a dog's genitourinary organs.
  • Marshmallow: Anti-inflammatory; controls bacterial infection; soothes and softens irritated tissues.
  • Oregon grape: Contains alkaloids (berberine, berbamine, and hydrastine), resins and tannins; has demonstrated antibiotic and immunostimulatory activities.
  • Purple Coneflower: Inhibits bacterial formation of hyaluronidase, induces production of interferon; alterative, immunostimulant, promotes lymphocyte activities and stimulates phagocytosis.

Milk Thistle is excellent for aiding the liver functions and is quite beneficial in cases of poisoning or when a pet is taking very strong pharmaceuticals. Like the Tripsy though, double check with your vet.

We do have a liquid multi vitamin that I would recommend to you. It is excellent support for their body especially when they are ill. You can see the details at http://www.petwellbeing.com/dog-vitamins-p76.cfm.

Good Luck
