Removing pet poo stains from carpets
I thought that I would take a break from the emergency pet care series and address a concern. A potential customer wanted to know how to remove pet poo stains from the carpet.
There obvious answer is to hire a professional carpet cleaner, however, I found the following through my research this afternoon.
Unfortunately I cannot give specific product recommendations for the obvious reason, however, below are some guidelines.
Please note that I haven't personally tried these, therefore, results will very.
1. If you have a personal steam cleaner, go over stain 3 - 4 times
2. You can purchase an enzyme based pet accident cleaner at pet stores.
3. Pre-treat a stain before steam cleaning.
