Milk Thistle ratio for cat & dog liver disease
A customer this week had an interesting question in regards to our Milk Thistle for Dog & Cat Liver Disease concern.
“How does your product differ from Alcohol free Milk Thistle seed fluid extract (1:1)?"
A. We do an alcohol free milk thistle product, it is a glycerin product and contains no alcohol. 1:1 is generally fresh herb base. Ours is 1:4 dried , they are equivalent. We find that fresh milk thistle turns rancid fairly fast, as it has a lot of natural oils.
