Dogs can be vegetarian
Did you know that unlike cats, dogs aren't true carnivores, therefore, they can survive on a vegetarian diet. They are able, unlike cats, to convert vegetable proteins and fat into ingredients necessary all bodily functions. Before considering placing your dog on a vegetarian diet, please consult with a vet before hand to ensure that not only are your preparing food correctly but that your dog gets all required nutrients.
