New dog check list of items
You just bought a dog, congratulations. Now you need some essentials for the dog. It can be overwhelming at first, just like a newborn, as to what to buy. We also may have the tendency to buy things that we don't need. The following are the basic must have items.
Bean bag bed or firm bed. You can buy these in most pet stores.
ID tags (in addition to tattoo i.d. done at vets).
Nylon chew bone
rubber chew toy
squeaky toy (be careful of small inner parts that may be swallowed)
Muzzle, regardless
Grooming brush
collar and leash
stainless steal bowl (food) and a ceramic bowl (water)
