Regarding Shipping *Next Day Air Savers
Please note that although Pet Wellbeing offers discounted UPS shipping prices, we cannot always guarantee that items be shipped over the weekend.
In some cases, there are certain areas where customers reside in, who may be eligible to receive shipping for an item on Saturday. But there are requirements in place.
Customers who reside in certain areas who have UPS available to ship on a Saturday must have the following checked on their item to ensure appropriate delivery:
- The item must be marked off as either "Regular Next Day Air" or as "Early AM." Items cannot be listed as "Next Day Air Saver."
- The item must be marked off as a "Saturday Delivery," which would include an extra cost of US $14.50.
- The items must be labeled with an orange sticker marking it as a Saturday delivery.
In the future, in order to avoid such confusions, customers must ensure that all of the above are checked, otherwise as per regular procedures, all items shipped for Next Day Air Savers on Friday will be received after the weekend on Monday.
You can notify us of your intentions in advance and we would then be able to notify our warehouse to make the necessary changes accordingly. If ordering by phone, one of our customer service representatives will be able to assist you with the options.
