Question about third party testing on PWB products

The following is a response to an inquiry that a potential customer made earlier this week, via telephone, in regards to whether any third party testing was/is done on any of the liquid products sold on petwellbeing.com.

Only traditional herbal manufacturing process, done in stainless steel vets, is/has been used since 1975.The product(s) are brought to a pasteurizing temperature and bottled hot. This process enables us to make a product that requires no added preservatives, thus producing a 100% natural product. Prior to shipping to our customer(s) random samples are sent to the lab for microbial testing, we do a full palate and heavy metal test(s).Once we receive satisfactory lab results the product(s) are released by quality control for shipment.
