Starting Hearty Heart sooner
The following is a story that came in last week after one of our customers received our product.
Q8) Do you have a positive experience about how our products helped your pet? If so, please share your story.
A) I had Little Bubba since he was 8 wks old. At the age of 13 we were told by the vet he had a heart murmur. Over the next year it got worse and we were told he had congenital heart failure. They wanted us to spend lots of $$ and put him on tons of meds. We were in the process of moving long distance and we thought he was fine for the time being. He had the stamina of the energizer bunny and ran and played and loved his new yellow lab puppy friend. He started to have breathing problems in the last year and slowed down a lot, but went in spurts. He still ate, slept, listened, played, etc.....After too long I finally order the hearty heart for dog heart disease. Shame on me, probably too late, but I think it did help for the short time. Little Bubba was a trooper til the end. He died at home in my arms and he left this world in my arms knowing he was loved. He died during the hour my husband came home for lunch. I felt his last heart beat and just cried. I wish I would have done Hearty Heart earlier for him, but at least I tried. He was a great dog with a "good heart and spirit".
I think he knew "in his heart" he was loved. To have 15.5 years with such a faithful companion is a once in a lifetime experience. My only regret is not staring Hearty Heart sooner.
