"THANK-YOU" to Tiffany
We just received this "Thank you" e-mail from our regular customer, Gisela. We recently posted her cat Buster's picture, having tomatoes and staying tough to fight against the disease.
PetWellbeing cares about your pet's wellbeing and our goal is to provide your pet a comfortable and better quality of life.
Here is Gisela's message:
Again I find myself gushing about you guys.
My kitty Buster is still alive and kicking vividly when it's time for his Tripsy and Hearty Heart, but thanks to hours on the phone with first Katherine (nominated for a metal) when I thought I would lose my boy in November 19 year old boy I contacted you saying thank you in my last letter.
The next day I could not believe when Tiffany called ME to find out how he was doing.
I mentioned to her that my little black monster had trouble making number two due to his diet-changes.
She promised to find out what may help and called me the NEXT day.
Let me just tell you it's astonishing how much love and compassion you all show (in this case Tiffany who spent so much time doing research for my little guy in litter-box-distress).
You all go way above and beyond of product distribution and while I spent countless hours crying my eyes out when the vet told me my kitty only had ten days to a month, I have cried many tears of gratitude and joy since I found you and your products.
My boy has celebrated his birthday in June and is now a methusalistic 20 years old.
He's the guy who likes Tomatoes, my friend just send you a photo recently.
Thank you so much for all your help, patience and products that have kept him well and happy and most of all for all the warmth, care and compassion of Tiffany (after Katherine in the
Winter) in recent days.
You are all Angels who not just saved my kitty's life but also bought him seven (so far) very happy and healthy months.
And thereby you made me a very, very happy kitty-mom with a permanent grin on my face every time the little one shows his hooligan-ways.
THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH !!!
Gisela
(and her Tomato-thief Buster)
