Customer's question- Regular vet VS Homeopathic vet

"Hi. I spoke to the customer service support last week and she was absolutely helpful and patient. One of my cats has a kidney failure and I was wondering if homeopathic vet totally disagrees with regular vet's treatment. If so, what would be the reason? I have 2 cats and 2 dogs. I have been taking them to regular vet for nearly 10 years now. Am I doing something harmful to my pets? After I spoke to you, I am very confused about what I've been doing. What would be my best choice for my pets?"-Elsa, Michigan

Thank you for the inquiry. All of our products are 100% natural and our herbal extract supplements are created by the natural vets. We respect regular vet's opinion and they go to the veterinary school for such a long time for reasons. Even if you use our products, it is absolutely necessary to be guided by your vet properly such as suitable diets and treatment. All of our products do not belong to the medication category and a lot of customers get confused in this part. Our products belong to "supplement" category which will help your pets to fight against the disease. Medication is for curing the cause which also could be strong chemical formulas that may sometimes brings liver damages from taking long period of time.

Our products work the most efficiently if you use it as preventatives. 80% of our regular customers have senior pets. It also could mean their immune system and digesting system are not as stable as young ones. Natural herbal extract is not known for side effect as long as it is not used with other conventional drugs from the vet. Our products can be used with conventional drugs, but some of the medication from the vet could cause reaction with our products. It is highly recommended to consult the vet before using our products in conjuction with pharmaceutical. We hear the comment from our customers quite often that their vets are skeptical about natural treatment and our customers face great dilema of decision making part.

Regular vets do not study about any type of herb. They could be doubtful only because they do not have much information themselves. Our product can be beneficial for particularly older pets with diseases that are unable to go under surgery or conventional drugs.
