Customer's question- Regular vet VS Homeopathic vet

"Hi. I spoke to the customer service support last week and she was absolutely helpful and patient. One of my cats has a kidney failure and I was wondering if homeopathic vet totally disagrees with regular vet's treatment. If so, what would be the reason? I have 2 cats and 2 dogs. I have been taking them to regular vet for nearly 10 years now. Am I doing something harmful to my pets? After I spoke to you, I am very confused about what I've been doing.
